■Article 38: According to this article the state shall endeavor to eliminate inequality of status, facilities and opportunities and reduce inequality of income not only among individuals but also among groups of people living in different areas and engaged in different occupations.
■Article: 39 According to this article, the state will conduct its policies in this way
So that-
(i) All citizens have the right to an adequate means of livelihood:
(ii) to organize the ownership and control of material resources for the common good;
(ii) To avoid concentration of wealth with a few persons
(iv) Both men and women get equal pay for equal work
(v) Allowing the sale of children and exploitation of youth.
■Article: 41 – Will make effective provision to secure the right to work, to education and to public assistance in cases of unemployment, old age, sickness and disability.
■Article: 42 – According to this article, the state will make provision for ensuring just and humane conditions of work and for maternity relief.
■Article: 43 – In accordance with this article, the state shall ensure, by suitable legislation or economic organization or in any other manner, to all workers in agriculture, industry or otherwise, work, subsistence, wages, decent standard of living and full enjoyment of leisure, and social Will try to get more cultural opportunities and will try to increase retail industries in villages on individual or co-operative basis
■Article: 43 (a) – According to this article, the state will make such legislation, practices etc. by which it can ensure the participation of workers in the management of any industry.
■अनुच्छेद 38: इस अनुच्छेद के अनुसार राज्य न केवल व्यक्तियों के बीच बल्कि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले तथा विभिन्न व्यवसायों में लगे हुए लोगों समूहों के बीच प्रतिष्ठा, सुविधाओं और अवसरों असमानता समाप्त करने तथा आय की असमानता कम करने का प्रयास करेगी।
■अनुच्छेद : 39 इस अनुच्छेद के अनुसार राज्य अपना नीतियों का इस प्रकार संचालन करेगा
ताकि-
(i) सभी नागरिकों को आजीविका के पर्याप्त साधन का अधिकार प्राप्त हो सके:
(ii) भौतिक संसाधनों के स्वामित्त और नियंत्रण को सामान्य जन की भलाई के लिये व्यवस्थि करना;
(ii) कुछ ही व्यक्तियों के पास धन का सैकेंद्रित होने से बचाना
(iv) पुरुषों और महिलाओं दोनों को समान कार्य के लिये समान वेतन प्राप्त हो
(v) बच्चों के बेचपन एवं युवाओं का शोषण ने होने देना।
■अनुच्छेद : 41 – बेरोजगारी, बुढ़ापा, बीमारी और विकलांगता के मामलों में कार्य करने, शिक्षा पाने और सार्वजनिक सहायता पाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित करने का प्रभावी उपबंध करेगा ।
■अनुच्छेद : 42 – इस अनुच्छेद के अनुसार राज्य काम की न्यायसंगत और मानवोचित दशाओ को सुनिश्चित करने के लिये और प्रसूति सहायता लिये उपबंध करेगा |
■अनुच्छेद : 43 – इस अनुच्छेद के अनुसार राज्य उपयुक्त विधान या आर्थिक संगठन द्वारा या किसी अन्य रीति से कृषि, उद्योग या अन्य प्रकार सभी कर्मकारों को काम, निर्वाह, मज़दूरी, शिष्ट जीवनस्तर और अवकाश का संपूर्ण उपभोग सुनिश्चित करने वाली काम की दशाएँ तथा सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक अवसर प्राप्त कराने का प्रयास करेगा और विशिष्टतया ग्रामों में फुटीर उद्योगों को वैयक्तिक या सहकारी आधार पर बढ़ाने का प्रयास करेगा
■अनुच्छेद : 43 (क) – इस अनुच्छेद के अनुसार राज्य ऐसे विधान, रीतियों आदि का निर्माण करेगा जिसके द्वारा किसी उद्योग के प्रबंधन में कर्मकारों का भाग लेना सुनिश्चित कर सके।
